Where data is processed
Clinical and claim data is processed on servers located inside Saudi Arabia.
What is not stored
Identifying patient details such as name, national ID, date of birth and contact details are removed before processing and are not stored. Nabdah works from the clinical and coding content of the encounter.
How data is used
Data is used only to produce the checks, guidance and insights you asked for. It is not sold, and it is not used for any unrelated purpose.
Alignment with the data protection law
Personal data is handled with the least processing necessary for the stated purpose, in line with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law.
Human authority and logging
Nabdah proposes; people decide. Physicians accept or reject each recommendation, insurer reviewers keep final authority over complex cases, and decisions are recorded so any output can be traced back.
Site analytics
We collect visitor usage data to improve this website, and by using the site you consent to that.
A note on approvals
Nabdah makes no claim of formal certification or regulatory approval. These are the actual commitments the platform is built on.
